Yeah you are eligible for IAS Exam with having completed Computer Science Engineering.

You are eligible as regarding the education qualification but there are certain other criteria's which you need satisfy in order to join in IAS officer through IAS exam and they are:

You need to be a citizen of India

The age limit for the exam is that the candidate must have 21-30 years for General Category.
