Sorry to say that as per this years advertisement of IES Exam of UPSC you are not Eligible because they need candidates born not later than 1st january 1991.
Excepting IES you are also not eligible for this years Civil Services Exams. But you can apply for CDS i.e. Combined Defence Service. So, Good Luck...
The eligibility criteria for the exam is below :-> one should done their graduation from any recognized university with minimum 60% marks for general cast , 55% for other cast .-> A final year student can also eligible for applying the exam .-> age limit is 21-30 for general cast , 3 years relaxion for obc , 5 years relaxion for sc/st/ex-serviceman / physically handicapped .-> maximum 4 attempts are allowed for the general cast , 7 for obc cast and no limit for the no of attempts for the sc/st cast .So you can eligible for giving the exam .Just start the preparation for the exam .The exam pattern is below :1) preliminary exam2) main exam3) interview The final selection based on the marks available in the main exam plus interview .Preliminary exam consist two papers and one should pass this exam for qualifying for the next round .Main exam consists 9 descriptive type paper 1-Any language 2-english3-essay4&5-general study6&7-optional subject-18&9-optional subject-2The first two papers marks are not considered but one should pass this two paper compulsory . Hiiii .....friend first of all one thing i have to say i.e.,UPSC needs only graduates in any stream from any university with any percentage so that is no problem and final year students can also attempt or appear to UPSC exam ......in your question you mentioned about age details and the required age exactly enough to get into UPSC ...my suggestion is first of all you have to concentrate on your studies after that you will go for any competitive exam or any thing else thats up to you any way all the best my friend..![]()
