Can a government employee attend UPSC exam without informing to their department?

can a goverment employee attaind upsc exam with out inform to their department ?

sir i have being a employee of up pwd since my first year of graduation . i didn't inform to my department about my graduation on my joining as far as i am a junior engineer in up pwd depat , now they are creating problem to me to give NOC to take upsc exams. (they rising issue that i wont inform them about my graduation) now i felt so uneasy to take upsc exams , plz help me out how can i over come with this type of situation ? CAN I ATTAINED upsc exams without known to them or any other way to use my RIGHTS to take NOC from my PWD depatment ?

yes , you can attend upsc exam without informing their department .because a government employ have a good

opportunity for civil services exam. they got 10 year age relaxation in this exam. so don't you worried about this you only

concentrate on your exam .
