yes my friend, marks in your school education and graduation are not at all important while giving the upsc exams. You just need to be a graduate from a recognized indian university and your age should be in between 21-30 years of age. There is no criteria for any kind of marks in the upsc examinations.

It doesn�t matter that what marks you got during intermediate or graduation.
You should be only graduation qualified to apply for the IAS exam.
There is no restriction of percentage in any stages.
