2.The age limit are :
21-30 yrs for general

>>Bachelor's degree in technology/engineering in any discipline from a recognized university.Final year candidates are also allowed to write this exam.
>>for your conventional papers you have to select the papers from the civil ,mechanical,electrical and electronics and communication engineering only.
The age limit for this exam is :
General:21 -30 years
OBC:21-33 years
SC/ST:21-35 years

The criteria for the IES exam is below :
=> one must be B.E./B.Tech from any recognized university .
=> A final year students are also eligible for the exam .
=> Age must be in below limit : ( As on 1st august 2014)
21-30 for general cast
21-33 for obc cast
21-35 for sc/st cast
21-35 for ex-serviceman
21-40 for PWD
As per the above criteria the minimum age should be 21 as on or before 1st august and you will become 21 years old in 2014 before the august .
So that you are eligible for the exam .
IES exam conducts under three branches names
Mechanical
Electrical
Electronics & Telecommunication
One have to apply any one of the above branch .
Exam consists written exam followed by interview together .

No you cannot appear for IES Exam at the age 20yrs as you are under age to apply for it.
You should complete 21yrs on the 1st August of the year of exam to be eligible to apply.
For the time being you should concentrate on preparing for IES Exams as it is tough & seats are limited.

Sorry to say that you are not eligible to apply for IES(Indian Engineering Services) exam at the age of 20 years. To appear for exam you must have attained the age of 21 years on the 1st January of the year of exam.
but according to me you must utilize that time for the preparation of exam.
for appearing in exam you have to fulfill some other requirement like:
>>Engineering degree in any stream
>>your age must be within 21 years to 30 years on 1 January of the year of exam. there is relaxation in upper age limit upto 3 years for OBC and 5 years for SC/ST candidates.

NO YOU WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE 2014 IES EXAMS.
The minimum age required to be applicable for the IES exams for all sorts of categories is 21 years.
Now it is important that you must have attended the age of 21 years before 1st August in the exam year,that the year in which you are applying for the exam,it is necessary to attend the age of 21 years before 1st August in the exam year.
Your date of birth is 25/2/1994 and will be of 21 years on 25/2/2015 and then you will be applicable for the 2015 IES exams,but not for the 2014 IES exams.
