You are not eligible to apply for the exams
Because YOU MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 12TH CLASS FROM A RECOGNIZED UNIVERSITY
And so you are not eligible to apply for it
You must have a minimum of 16.5 years
Maximum age is allowed up to 19 years
There will be an Age relaxation for the reserved candidates
S.C.R.A --- SPECIAL CLASS RAILWAY APPRENTICE exam
You TRY TO CONTINUE YOUR STUDIES TO 12TH ...
Then you may definitely apply for it

NO YOU CAN NOT APPLY FOR THE SCRA EXAM.
The minimum qualification required to apply for the SCRA exam is 10+2 passed or any other exam equivalent to 10+2.
The candidates must have mathematics and any one subject between physics and chemistry when applying for the SCRA exam.
As you have just passed class 10 exam ,you are not eligible for the SCRA exam,you need to pass your intermediate exam.

## The minimum educational qualification required to apply for Special Class Railway Apprentices(SCRA) EXAM is Intermediate(12th) pass in 1st or 2nd division with Mathematics and other subject as Physics/Chemistry from recognised institution
## Age limit to apply for SCRA EXAMINATION is 17-21 years & the age relaxations are
~>3 years for OBC candidates
~>5 years for SC/ST candidates
