I am glad to say that yes, you must appear the UPSC examinations after your M.B.B.S degree. you can apply for two examinations i.e., CSAT & CMS which is conducted every year by the UPSC. Actually after MBBS Degree you are eligible for two most popular exams conducted by the UPSC.
They are
Combined Medical Services Exam and Civil Services Exam.

Eligibility for both the exams:
M.B.B.S. degree for combined medical services exam and any degree from a recognized university for civil services exam.
