why can not you make your daughter to give CMS EXAM
CMS refers to combined medical service,which is conducts by upsc once in a year for medical candidates.
its would be good for her to go by her specialization and do her job in govt services.right
CMS ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA=
age limit=candidate must not attained the age of 32 years
educational qualification=candidate must posses m.B.B.S DEGREE
*candidate who are yet to appear for final year can also appear for the exam provisionally.
*candidate who are yet to complete their internship are also eligible
nationality=must be india
gender=men and women both are eligible.

Of course friend, candidate who is doing the internship in MBBS course is certainly eligible for civil service examination. As internship is comes in the final year of the MBBS course, so the candidate is fully eligible for UPSC Examination. There is no any doubt regarding candidature ofthe candidate.

The essential qualification for the examination is to pass or final year of Bachelor degree in any discipline at any recognized university. So, you as a final year MBBS student, you can appear for the examination. The age limit for the examination is within 21-30 years. The upper age limit for OBC is 03 years for SC/ST is 05 years. The registration for applying these posts start from the month of December or January of every year.
