If you have Graduation Degree then you can do MBA. But if you don't have Graduation Degree, you cannot do MBA because MBBS is also a Graduation Degree and You can do MBA after Graduation.
If you have completed your MBBS degree then you can apply CMS i.e. Combined Medical Services Examination in UPSC.
After passing CMS exam you can be Medical Officer in Central Government Sector.
You can be Assistant Divisional Medical Officer in the Railway, Junior Scale Posts in Central Health Service etc.

Age limit: If you want to appear in CMS exam then your maximum age 32 years as on 1st January, 2012 the candidate must have been born not earlier than 02nd January, 1980

Although there exists an option to complete both the MBA and MBBS together,its best recommended to CHOOSE ONE OF THESE TWO.
Both are very contrasting courses and each has its importence of its own.
So its better you choose which subject you would like to prefer.
