Hi,You can appear for Civil Sevices exam if you have your degree from abroad but your nationality should be indianELIGIBILITY CRITERIA ::You must be a citizen ofIndia,or, You must be a subject of Nepal or Bhutan,or,You must be a Tibetan refugee settled permanently in India before 1962.You must be of 21 to 30 years of age.
