Age criteria :
Your age should be between 21-30 for general cast
21-33 for obc cast
21-35 for sc/st , ex-serviceman
21-40 for physically handicapped .
Exam pattern :
UPSC exam consist three parts .
1. Preliminary exam
2.main exam

Preliminary exam consist two papers

Main exam consists 9 descriptive type paper

The essential qualification for the UPSC examination is to pass the Bachelors degree in any stream at any recognized University. So as you have already passed the Bachelors degree and if it is in recognized university, then you can surely appear for the examination. The age limit for the examination is within 21-30 years and the upper age limit is for OBC candidates are 3years and for SC/ST, it is 5years. Your master degree may be evaluated as higher qualification, but has no privileges on selection. Best of Luck

yes you are eligible for the exam if you complete the degree from the recognized university which is approved by the ugc/aicet.
upsc demands only the passed graduate candidate in any stream. the percentage of the marks is no matter for the exam.
above the same procedure for the civil service and cds exam (ota and ima).
but the age limit is different different of both exam
age limit for the civil service exam:-
The age limit is for general category is 21 to 30 years. And attempt the exam 4 times.
The age limit is for obc category is 21 to 33 years (3 years relaxation). Attempt the exam 7 times.
Age limit for SC/ST category is 21 to 35 years and attempt chance till overage. Means unlimited
Age limit for CDS exam:-
Indian Maltery Accedmay age limit is: 19 to 24 Years
For Officer Training Academy age limit: 19 to 25 years
Naval age limit: 19 to 22 years
Indian air force age limit: 19 to 23 years
