For UPSC civil Service Exam you have to complete at least graduation from any recognized university till that you will not eligible for the exam .
For NDA exam you are eligible but you should follow the below criteria .
=> your age should be between 16.5-19 years old .
=> you should complete the 12th from any recognized board .
=> only unmarried male candidates are eligible .
So you can eligible for the NDA exam only , for the other exam like Civil Service Exam and CDS exam you have to complete the graduation at least without that you can't allow for giving the exam .
Because the criteria for the UPSC CSE exam is below :
=> minimum graduation from any recognized university
=> age should be 21-30 fro general cast , 3 years relaxation fro obc cast , 5 years relaxation for sc/st cast .
So first of all complete the graduation then go for the civil service exam .

UPSC conducts various exams at the Undergraduates and Graduates level.
At the Undergraduates level i.e.12th Pass you are eligible to appear for exams
like NDA & SCRA.The age limit for NDA exams is 16.5-19yrs and for SCRA age limit
is 17-21yrs in general category and relaxation of age for certain persons of the reserved category is applicable.
So,you are eligible to appear for UPSC Undergraduates level exams.
At the Graduates level i.e.Graduation Pass from a recognised University you will
not be eligible to appear for exams like Civil services exam,Engineering Services exams,
Combined Defence Services exams,Central Police Forces,Indian Forest Services,etc.
For Graduate level exams Grauation is the minimum educational qualification and hence compulsory.

Yes Dear, you can appear in UPSC's exam right after completing 12th for National Defence Academy & Naval Academy (NDA & NA)and Special Class Railway Apprentice (SCRA). But, your age limit must be in between 16.5 to 19 years for NDA & NA and for SCRA age limit should be in between 19 to 21 yrs.

if you want to apply for UPSC NDA and SCRA exam then you need only 12th with math and Science.
if you want to other UPSC exams like Civil Service and cpf you need graduation.
Eligibility Criteria:
1. NDA:
- 12th with math and physics
- your age must be within 16.5 years to 19 years
2. SCRA:
- 12th with math and Science
- your age must be within 17 years to 21 years
3. Civil Services:
- graduation in any stream
- your age must be within 21 years to 30 years
4. CPF:
- graduation from recognized college or university.

after passing the 12th examination you can only apply for the upsc examination such as
Special Class Railway Apprentice Exam
National Defense Academy and Naval Academy Examination (NDA/NA)
but to apply for these examination
you have to fulfill the eligibility criteria for these examinations
for the NDA examination
first,you need to pass 12th from a recognized board with PHYSICS MATHEMATICS and ENGLISH as subjects
secondly, your age should be between 16.5 to19 years .
thirdly ,only UNMARRIED INDIAN MALES are eligible to apply.
for the SCRA examination
you need to pass 12th from a recognized board with PHYSICS MATHEMATICS CHEMISTRY as subjects
the age limit to apply for this examination is 17-21 years .

First of all i inform you that UPSC conducts various exams like NDA , CDS , CSE etc .
For NDA exam you have to complete minimum 12th while for CDS and CSE exam you have to complete at least graduation .

=> For navy & air force , one should had the maths in 12th .
=> age must be between 16.5 - 19 years .
=> only unmarried male candidates are eligible .
So at this time you can give only NDA exam but if you want to give the other exam then you should wait till your graduation complete .
So first of all complete the graduation then give the CDS exam or CSE exam .

ofcourse you can appear for UPSC SCRA and NDA exam
for NDA the eligibility criteria is as follows:
1.you must be a intermediate pass
2.your stream must be science
3.age should be in between 16.5 to 19 years
and for SCRA the eligibility criteria is as follows:
1.you must be a intermediate pass
2.your stream must be science
3.age should be inbetween 17 to 21 years on 1st august of the year of exam
and for rest of exams conducted by UPSC you need to have a degree thats either by graduation or engineering etc
