let me clear it diploma is equivalent to 12th passed /inter passed.if you did diploma that means you have completed inter indirectly.it can not consider as graduation.

and to appear for upsc civil service exam you must posses the following below conditions,

-must have completed graduation from a recognized university in any discipline with good results
-the age must be in between 21-30 years
-must be indian
-must be medically fit and fine i.e should not have any disease or any ill health problems.
-both men and women can appear for the exam
-must have satisfy the physical standards requirements as per upsc.

You need to be a graduate in any stream from a recognized indian university. But diploma is not acceptable by the upsc

I am sorry to inform you that yu can not apply for UPSC after diploma because UPSC wants graduation degree. Diploma is not enough.

If you have to apply for UPSC then you will first have to complete graduation from any recognised university Or else you should apply for exams which utilised your diploma degree.

For applying in UPSC examinations like IAS,IPS,IFS,CDS minimum educational qualification required is GRADUATION OR ANY EQUIVALENT DEGREE from Recognized University.

Diploma Course are not considered as Graduation or its equivalent degree.It is just a course of 3 years.

You are not eligible for Appear in any UPSC examination after finishing Diploma.

You have to finish Graduation after diploma in order to eligible for UPSC examinations.

I am sorry to inform that you cannot apply for most of the UPSC exam having a Diploma. The minimum educational qualification for the UPSC exams is graduation degree.

The diploma is equivalent to the 12th level thus you need to have a graduation degree for becoming eligible.

There are some other eligibility criteria also that one need to satisfy for becoming eligible:-

Sorry , after diploma you are not eligible for any one exam which are conducts by Union Public Service Commission.

You need a graduation degree to apply for civil services exam and also for CDS exam.

Eligibility Criteria For CDS :-

>> You should be graduate and also can apply in last year of graduation.

>> You must be citizen of India.

>> Age Limit :- OTA : 19-25 years
IMA : 19-24 years
IAF : 19-23 years
INA : 19-22 years
