See always remember that "HEALTH IS THE ACTUAL WEALTH" for a person.
Though you can sit for IAS exam given that you fulfill the Age and Education criteria but I will suggest you to first look after your health.
I am saying so because most of the time you'll be busy in thinking about your health.
Treat the disease that you are suffering from and get go at the IAS exam with fresh and fully fit body!

Well dear as you are facing some health issues.so first of all you should make it better.as far as exam yes you are eligible if you fulfill the age and education criteria but i will say that only go for it if you are ready for it because just going for exam does not give you much.you have to work hard and do your best to get selected.
