physically challenged candidates should not opt for services like ips,still other options are there.even though the seats are limited,still i wont say that there is no chance.best of luck.
I am sorry to say but Visually challenged candidates can't apply for the Civil service exam.
If you are hand disable or leg disable, you can apply for the civil service exam.

this is sorry to say but visually challanged candidates who are comletely immature in their vision, they are not allowed to give the upsc exam. but if oyu have a weak eye sight, then you can give the exam.
