there are certain communicable disease which can be transferrable from one person to another through air.right.so to avoid spreding of disease they conduct.

to become an IAS candidate must be mentally and physically fit and fine.he/she should have any disease or disorders..

its not like that disease are dangerous .it can be cure and treated when treat on time..

Diseases which are curable in few months and diseases which are not permanent and which will not affect your activities are allowable diseases.. Eg. Disease like TB can be cured but AIDS can't be cured...
