For this examination candidate must be Graduate any stream from any recognized university. And final year Student can also apply for this examination.

Candidates age must be between 21-30 years for General
21-33 years for OBC
21-35 years for SC/ST

You have to wait for 1 more year. You can apply for IAS Exam only in final year or after graduation before that you are not eligible for IAS Exam.
Civil Services Examination is conducted by UPSC every year for the recruitment of candidates for the post of IAS, IRS, IPS.

You have to satisfy the basic eligibility criteria to appear for the Exam.
The candidate must hold any degree in any discipline from any recognized university. Final year degree students are also eligible
The age limit is 21-30 yrs
The maximum number of attempts for General category is 4
The candidate should be Indian

You can apply for the civil services exam in the final semester of your degree because the criteria set for the exam is candidate's graduation.

dear pursuing candidates can't apply for IAS post first of all you will have to complete your B.E. then apply for IAS post.

Eligibility Criteria to apply for IAS examination

A bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university and final year pursuing candidates are also eligible to apply for this exam

Age should not be less than 21 years and more than 30 years and relaxation in upper age as per government guidelines which is 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC category candidates

candidate who are appearing the final year of the qualifying exam are also eligible for CSAT exam.

IAS exam is also known as CSAT exam this exam is conducted by UPSC once in a year.
CSAT exam have three satge

1 prelims 2. mains 3. Interview

Eligibility Criteria is

candidate should be graduate from a recognized university in any stream
marks or percentage doesn't matter in CSAT exam

Age Limit

General 21 to 30 year

The minimum qualification for civil service exam is graduation and final year student can also apply for this exam. But remember that your age should be lies between 21 to 30 years (3 year relaxation for OBC and 5 year for SC/ST candidates).

IAS stands for Indian Police service.IPS exam is conducted by UPSC. There are some criteria you have to follow for appearing in IAS exam.This exam is conduct through Civil Service Exam .
