I hope that you are doing good in CSE.
Engineering is definitely so much fun!
See,what I'll suggest you is that since you have started your 4th year of Engg.,you can start preparing for the Civil Services exam side by side.
If you want you can even join some coaching classes during the weekend.
But make sure that you don't tumble up in your 4th year.
You need to take both the sides at a decent level.
Start attempting mock tests to check your preparations for the exam!
Always keep in mind that "Hard Work is the only key to Success".

for civil service exam you should have to passed graduation from the recognized university.
you must be an Indian.
your age should be 21 to 30 years.
age relaxation as per govt normal.
PREPARATION:-
you should have to read daily news papers and current affairs.
you can buy every month "PRATIYOGITA DARPAN" its a good book for current affairs.
you should have to solved mathematics by short tricks.
make a chart according to your study and you should have to study 5 to 6 hour every day.
