But you fulfill the age criteria like
21-30 for general cast
21-33 fro obc cast
21-35 for sc/st cast
21-40 for physically handicapped.
So if you fulfill the above criteria then you can give the exam .
But be care that there are limit for the number of attempts like
4 for general
7 for obc
no limit for the sc/st cast .

Yes you are very much eligible to take the exam since you are a graduate.
UPSC requires that the applying candidate be a graduate from any recognized university unger the UGC act.
Age limit: A candidate must have attained the age of 21 years and must not have attained the age of 30 years on 1st August, in the year of examination.
The upper age limit prescribed above will be relaxable in the follwing cases:
SC/ST: upto a maximum of five years.
BC: upto a maximum of three years.
State of Jammu & Kashmir: upto a maximum of five years.
Defence Services personnel : upto a maximum of five years
