If successfully cleared the written examination, then you have to provide proof for passing the final examination (ie course completion) at the time of interview.

And as the final year student of engineering you can write the exam
And b.tech degree holders with electronics are also eligible for the exam
The Educational Qualification for the IES:
-The candidate should be pass in B.Tech degree from a recognized University
-The Candidate of the final year are also eligible for the exam
Age Criteria:
-The age of the candidate should be between 21-30
-The age relaxation given to the obc 3 years
-The age relaxation given to the sc,st is 5 years
-Also the age relaxation given to the ph is 10 years
