Yes you can give the exam of upsc. If you have done computer engineering course then you can give the engineering service exam i.e. IES exam. Also you can give IAS/IPS/IFS exam. For appearing in these exams your age should between 21 to 30 years. you can apply online at www.upsconline.nic.in or buy the exam form at your city Post-Office. Through online exam you have to give challan from bank. And if you fill application form offline then you have to give demand draft for examination fees.

1. Age Limit:-

21-30 years as on 1/8/2013

2. Educational Qualifications:-

Bachelor�s degree of a recognised university with at least one of the subjects namely Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Science, Botany, Chemistry, Geology, Mathematics, Physcs, Statistics and Zoology or a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Forestry or in Enginerring or an equivalent qualification.

3. No. of permissible attempts :-
Four (Seven attemps of OBCs) and no limit for SCs/STs.
