Dear friend you are completely eligible to write UPSC exams because now you have a degree with you and now you can apply for CDS,IFS,IES and special technical officer posts but not for NDA ....because i think your having a 4 years degree so the age can be above 20 years so you are not eligible for NDA even though you can apply for any post that mentioned in above ...but the exam will be different from your course includes indian politics,history and some numerical aptitude questions so careful with that ..nothing to worry just prepare with a proper planning then will get it..any way all the best my friend

According to the eligibility criteria for IAS exam,a candidate should have the following-
1. Age Limit:-
21-30 years as on 1/8/2013
2. Educational Qualifications:-
Bachelor’s degree of a recognised university with at least one of the subjects namely Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Science, Botany, Chemistry, Geology, Mathematics, Physcs, Statistics and Zoology or a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Forestry or in Enginerring or an equivalent qualification.
3. No. of permissible attempts :-
Four (Seven attemps of OBCs) and no limit for SCs/STs.
Now,you are a graduate after doing B.Tech in CSE,hence you are definitely eligible for the exam given that you also fulfill the age criteria!
