No, friend there is no possibility to appear IES(Indian Engineering Services)entrance exam 2013 having the date of birth 20/07/1993.Because in the month of July 8 ,2014 you will be just 21+.The notification of IES will appear in the months of
January or February 2014, at that time you can not fulfill the age eligibility of UPSC IES.Your age will remain below 21 years'.
UPSC IES eligibility:General: 21-30 years,OBC:21-33 years S/c S/T: 21-35 years.
So, that as per eligibility it is quite clear next year you can not appear UPSC IES entrance exam.

Criteria for IES
1)Engineering degree from any stream.
2)minimum age 21 years,maximum 30.
3)no percentage required.
4)All stream applicable.
Only four stream are available for applying
1)civil engineering
2)mechanical engineering
3)electrical engineering
4)electrical and electronics engineering.
IES examination scheme
It has 5 papers
paper 1-general ability-200 marks
paper 2 and 3-department exam-objective type-400 marks
paper 4 and 5-department exam-conventional type-400 marks
Interview test-200 marks.
Age must be 21 years on 1st August in the examination year.
Like IAS,IPS Indian Engineering Service is not a civil service exam.

in order to appear for the IES examination, you need to follow this age limt criteria which states that your age should be in between 21-30 years.
The minimum age to give the IES examination is 21 years. No matter to which category you belong, but you are not allowed to give the exam if your age is less than 21 years.
The maximum age is different for giving the exam,
For general it is 30 years, for obc it is 33 and for sc.st it is 35 years.

Sorry to say that but you are not applicable for the IES examination according to your present age(20 yrs).
IES examination is conducted by UPSC(Union Public Service Commission) every year.

1. Civil Engineering.
2. Mechanical Engineering.
3. Electrical Engineering.

* Age limit:- 21-30 yrs.
* Age relaxation:- 3 yrs for OBC, 5 yrs for SC/ST and 10 yrs for PWD contenders.

* No. of attempts:- 4 for General, 7 for OBC and no limits for SC/ST contenders.

Sorry to say that you will not eligible for IES exam in 2014 , you can apply for that exam in 2015.
For that exam your age must be under 21-30 years , 3 years of age relaxation for BC candidates and 5 years of age relaxation for SC/ST candidates.
You should be graduate in engineering and also can apply in last year of graduation.
For that exam no percentage barrier, those candidates are also eligible which just have passing marks in graduation.
