to become an IAS officer it is not necessary to become a topper in your school/college and university .

and as you know that it is not necessary that always toppers are become ias officers.

if you want to become an ias officer than you have to have confidence that you can do it ,

Before cracking you are to do registration first for that few lines for you:-

2.you must be the citizen of india.

Yes, definately you can crack the Civil services examination in order to become Indian administrative services i.e IAS officer. It's not all all necessary that you must be a topper in school/ college/ university, in order to crack this question.
