Hello
NO YOU CAN NOT GIVE ANY UPSC EXAMS, NOT EVEN THE LOW LEVEL EXAMS CONDUCTED BY UPSC.

SCRA-for the mechanical engineering in the Indian Railway Institute of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering,at Jamalpur.
These are the only two exams that is conducted by the UPSC for undergraduate candidates, other than these the age limit for any UPSc exams for undergraduate it is 16.5 minimum and for graduate candidates ,it is 21 years.

==========================================
Hi friend,
Hope you are in good health and good state of mind!
It's always a treat and fun to answer your queries.
I also appreciate the confidence that you have shown in us!
No,my friend, you cannot give any of the UPSC exam if you are in the 10th class.
You can appear for the NDA exam when you go to 12th class.
NDA Entrance stands for National Defense Academy Entrance exam. The entrance exam is carried out by Union Public Service Commission for the selection of the Students into the Air Force, Naval and Army wings of the NDA.
See,according to the eligibility criteria, students who are appearing for the NDA exam must be unmarried males.
They must be atleast 16 1/2 years and not more than 19 years on January 1st or July 1st of the year subsequent to the year of the exam.
But this is not the only criteria that you need to fulfill, the other thing that you must satisfy is that you must either be studying in 12th class or must have cleared 12th class with Physics and Mathematics as mandatory subjects.
You'll be happy to know that there is no such limit on the marks you score in the 12th class examination.
So you have 2 years with you and hence start preparing for the exam from now onwards only!
I hope I have answered all your doubts.
It was a pleasure answering your queries.
Hope that you'll come up with some more challenging queries!
Till then,take care.
Bye!
