You cannot apply for UPSC after 10th exams. If you want then you can go for UPSC NDA exams after 12th. In which you can join for Indian Air force Acedemy and Navy acedemy and Indian Military acedemy etc. The age limit for the NDA exam is 16 to 19 years.
After Graduation you can fill the form of UPSC. Indian Administrative Services i.e. IAS and Indian Police Services i.e. IPS exams are conducted by UPSC.
You can apply online for these examinations at www.upsconline.nic.in
The eligibility criteria for appearing in UPSC exam is Graduation in any stream from a recognized university.
The Age limit for UPSC exam is 21 to 30 years on 1 August of Exam Year i.e. If you are appearing in 2012 UPSC exam then your age should between 2 August 1982 to 1 August 1991.
There is five years relaxation for the SC/ST candidates.
No you can't give the exam while doing your graduation .
You have either complete your graduation or in the final year of your graduation .
So first of all complete your graduation then apply for the exam .
The age limit for the exam is below :
21-30 for general cast
21-33 for OBC
21-35 for sc/st/ ex-serviceman/physical handicapped .
So currently you are not eligible for the exam but you can prepare for the exam , after graduation give it .

-Sorry,but there are no examinations conducted by the UPSC for Class 10th pass students.The minimum essential educational requirement to be fulfilled to appear for any UPSC exam is passing class 12th from a recognized university,or being in the final year of the same.

Sorry friend after 10th class you are not eligible to apply for UPSC exam.
Yes friend while pursuing final year of graduation you can apply for Civil service exam.
UPSC conducts various competitive exams for the recruitment of various post.
At graduation Level you can apply for Civil service exam, CDS, SCRA etc.
Age limit for civil service exam is 21 to 30 years
Age limit for CDS exam 19 to 24 years
Age limit for SCRA exam 17 to 21 years
You must be Indian

recognized college or university.after graduation you can apply for Civil Services, CDS,IFS, CPF etc.
you can apply for UPSC exams only in final year of graduation or after completing graduation.

i am very sorry to inform you that it is not possible to became a part of indian defense sector after 10 th class
you atleast pass the intermediate course there is 12th
you can join indian defense sector after 12th and after your graduation
after 12th you can join NDA and after graduation you can join CDS
the eligibility criteria is
your age should be in between 19-24 for cds and 16-19 for nda
height : 162.5 cms
eye sight: 6/6
Physically strong
good english & general knowledge

Well first you have to complete your 12th at least
Because you can apply for the upsc nda exam on the basis of your 12th class
Here is the criteria for the upsc Nda exam:
-The candidate should be pass in 12th hsc exam with pcm
-The candidate age must be 16.5-19
And after graduation you can apply for the civil services exam
Here is the criteria for the exam:
-The candidate should be pass in graduation from a recognized indian university
-The Candidate age should be 21-30
-And relaxation for the obc and sc,st of 3 and 5 years

upsc exams are for the candidates who completed 12th or graduation or engineering ,
minimum education qualification required for the upsc exams like SCRA and NDA is 12th ,
10th passed students are not eligible for the upsc exams,

No, You can not apply for IAS Exam, Because for UPSC Exam minimum education qualification is Graduation in any field from Recognized University.

Final Year Candidate can also apply from UPSC Exam, but candidate should verify before mains exam if he/she Clears prelims exam.
