The UPSC requires the Bachelors degree of any recognized university in any discipline candidates to appear the IAS examination or CSAT examination. The half completed of any degrees can not apply for the examination. So you have to complete your BCA and then you will be eligible for appearing the examination. Thanks....

>>graduation in any stream from a recognised university.
>>final year candidates are also eligible to apply.

sorry to say you are not eligible or not give the civil service exam. because civil service exam is required only the passed graduate candidate or appear in the final year graduation in any stream from the recognized university. so firstly you complete the graduation then you are eligible for the exam civil service exam as well as other competition exam which is required the graduation in any stream or your qualification matching jobs.
so complete your graduation, percentage of marks is no matter for the exam.

Sorry friend with half completed BCA you can not give the UPSC exam.
Half completed BCA is not equivalent of graduation.
So your are unqualified for UPSC exam.

With half completed BCA you cannot apply for the IAS Exam as only final degree exam candidates of BCA is only eligible for the IAS Exam.
The education qualification needed for the IAS exam is that the candidate must have completed a degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
There are certain other criteria's which are needed to be satisfied in order to apply for the IAS exam to join in as IAS Officer.
They include such as:
> You need to be a citizen of Inida
> The age limit for the exam is that the candidate must have 21-30 years of age for General Category candidates.
> There are upper age relaxation for other category candidates.
If you are going to satisfy all these above mentioned criteira's then you are eligible to apply for the IAS exam.
SO,it is better that you complete your BCA course and then apply for the IAS exam to join in as a IAS officer.

to apply for ias you should have completed your graduation from a recognized university under ugc and your age should be between 21-30 years .
