Education criteria to be satisfied by candidates for writing UPSC exams is Graduation from a recognised university. Since you have completed BCA, you can apply for the exam provided you have gained the graduation from any recognised university.

yes dear being a graduate you can give upsc exams ,upsc requires graduated candidates from a recognized university and age of candidate should be between 21 to 30 years . good luck

Yes, dear ,you are absolutely eligible for the UPSC exams .
As we all know that the minimum educational qualification required for UPSC exam is graduation and since you have done your bachelor's degree in computer applications which is three bachelor degree course.
The other qualification which you must fulfill is that
>>your age should be between 21-30 if belonging to open category.
For obc category it is 21-33 years and sc/st is 21-35 years with 3years and 5 years relaxation in age .
No of attempts:
>>For general: 4
>>For obc: 7
>>For sc/st: no limit.
