yes, you are eligible for UPSC and GPSCexam. Eligibility 1 student must be indian 2.Number of AttemptsFour attempts for open, seven for OBCs and no limit for SCs/STs. Dear candidate,
The eligibility criteria for both the UPSC and GPSC are the same.
-The candidate must be a citizen of India,
or,a subject of Nepal or Bhutan,
or,a Tibetan refugee settled in India before independence.
-The candidate must be 21-30 yrs of age if belonging to the General category.There is a relaxation in upper age limit by 5yrs for SC/STs and 3yrs for OBCs.
-The candidate must hold a degree of graduation or equivalent from an UGC recognized university or be a final year student in the same.
Although,your graduation criteria is okay,if you fulfil the other two criterias also,you are eligible to apply for these exams.
