yes, you are eligible for UPSC and GPSCexam. Eligibility 1 student must be indian 2.Number of AttemptsFour attempts for open, seven for OBCs and no limit for SCs/STs. If a person appears in the Preliminary Examination or even one paper is counted as an attempt.3 student must've completed his graduation , final year students are also eligible 4 age limit 21 to 30 years for general students maximum 33 years for OBC and 35 for SC ST studentsBEST OF LUCK.

Dear candidate,
The eligibility criteria for both the UPSC and GPSC are the same.
-The candidate must be a citizen of India,
or,a subject of Nepal or Bhutan,
or,a Tibetan refugee settled in India before independence.
-The candidate must be 21-30 yrs of age if belonging to the General category.There is a relaxation in upper age limit by 5yrs for SC/STs and 3yrs for OBCs.
-The candidate must hold a degree of graduation or equivalent from an UGC recognized university or be a final year student in the same.

Although,your graduation criteria is okay,if you fulfil the other two criterias also,you are eligible to apply for these exams.
