The UPSC requires the qualification as passing the Bachelors degree at any recognized university in any discipline. The age limit is also 21-30years and the upper age limit is 03years for OBC and 05years for SC/ST candidates. dear for upsc candidate must have graduation degree or engineering degree,
so if you have completed graduation or engineering from a recognized university then you can apply for the upsc exam ,
otherwise you cannot,
Eligibility criteria for exams conducted by upsc:
so if your educational qualification along with the age is eligible for the upsc exam then you can apply for the upsc exam.
- Candidate must have completed graduation or engineering from a recognized university .
- candidates who appearing in final year of graduation or engineering can also apply for the upsc exams.
- age limit for the upsc exams is 21 to 30 years.
- age relaxation of 3 years is given to those candidates who belongs to OBC category .
- age relaxation of 5 years is given to those candidates who belongs to sc category.

Sorry to say that you can't write the upsc
Combine Medical Services exam as on the basis
Of your bms as for the exam the candidate should be pass
In the MBBS Degree and you have only a bms degree
So you can't apply for the exam
Here is the qualification Required for Combine Medical Services Exam:
-The candidate should be pass in graduation from a recognized Indian university
-The candidate graduation degree should be MBBS Degree
-The age of the candidate should not be more than 32
Well if you are filling the above requirements then only you can go for the exam
