Candidate who are appearing the last year of the graduation can apply for civil services exam.

Civil services exam is also called CSAT exam.
In CSAT exam there are three stage
Prelim
Mains
Interview

Eligibility Criteria is

Candidate should be graduate in any stream from recognized university.No percentage Limit
final year candidate are also eligible for this exam.

general candidate 21 to 30 year
obc candidate 21 to 33 year

- Candidate, who want to appear for the civil services examination, he/she complete graduation or pursuing the final year of graduation.
- Nationality : Indian
- Age Limit: Your age must be lies in between 21 years to 30 years. (Age relaxation for reserve category students)

Yes you can apply on provision to UPSC/Haryana Civil Services Exam(CSE) while pursuing final year graduation.
You can apply as final year appearing/appeared candidate.

CSE is conducted by UPSC every year.
Recruitments are made to 24 services/posts through CSE.
After clearing CSE you can get posts like IAS,IPS,IFS,IRS,etc.

Educational Qualification :
Minimum educational qualification to appear in the CSE is,

Not, dear you are not eligible for graduate level exams which conduct by UPSC or HCS. if you want to apply another exam through UPSC then you can apply for NDA or SCRA bcoz these both post are 12th passed level.

Yes sir,
You are eligible for the exam. The qualification is required candidate must have graduate in any stream from the approved university.
Final year appear candidates are also eligible for the exam. but condition is that when candidate reached the final step then he has graduation passed degree or marks sheet.
The age limit for the exam is the 21 to 30 years.
Age relaxation for reserve category, 3 years for obc category and 5 years for sc/st category.
The exam notification is declared by the upsc in the month of the February -2013.
Preliminary exam is held in the month of the May and mains exam held in the month of the October.

CSAT exam stands for civil services aptitude test.

CSAT exam consist three stages;-
