Eligibility Criteria:-

1. Should be graduate from recognised university.
2. Age should be for General :- 21-30 yrs.
OBC :- 21-33 yrs.
SC/ST :- 21-35 yrs.
3. Should be citizen of India.

basically for UPSC EXAM you only need graduate passed/ appearing final year from the recognized university.


and you appearing MBA so you can definetly apply for UPSC CIVIL SERVICE EXAM.

The minimum qualification to appear for the IAS exams is that you need to have a bachelor's degree from any recognized university. Also you should have had one of the following subjects during the degree:


Physics
Chemistry
Mathematics
Biology
History
Geography
Statistics
An engineering degree

The age limit is
General- 30 years
OBC- 33 years
SC/ST- 35 years

You have to apply for Civil Services Examination. Civil Services Examination is conducted by UPSC every year for the recruitment of candidates for the post of IAS, IRS, IPS.

The basic eligibility criteria for Civil Services Exam are as follows:
The candidate must hold any degree in any discipline from any recognized university. Final year degree students are also eligible

The age limit is 21-30 yrs
The maximum number of attempts for General category is 4
The candidate should be Indian

If any doubt in your mind related to eligibility then first thing i want to say that as peer the educational detail you are eligible for IAS exam. graduation is the minimum eligibility criteria for this exam and you are perusing the PG program so you can apply

Before apply for this exam make sure that you are eligible for this exam or not because there are some other eligibility criteria which is
for eligibility Candidate should be graduate from recognized university,
and age in in between 21 to 30 year
candidate should be Indian

after ensure that you are eligible you visit the official website of UPSC www.upsconline.nic.in for apply online

After open this you click on the apply online button and then fill the form.

after filling the form completing part 1 registration you go on the part 2 registration.
this is the payment step here you can pay the amount through online or offline mode

After making the form your form is sucessfully submitted.

The application process has now been made online. The notification date is 02 Feb' 2013 and the last date of submission of application form for prelims is 04 March'2013. Go to www.upsc.gov.in for applying.

To apply for civil services exam you need to fill the form and this year in feb'13 the notification will be issued and the last date for submitting the form is in first week of march and the exam is conducted in May(Prelims) and in Nov(Mains) will be held.
