In order to apply for the civil services it is necessary to have a graduation degree,as you have completed engineering you are applicable for the civil services.
There are generally three types of civil services
1)IAS(Indian Administrative Services).
2)IPS(Indian Police Services).
3)IFS(Indian Forest Services).
