You can apply for Civil Services Examination. You just have to satisfy the basic eligibility criteria to appear for the Exam.
The basic eligibility criteria for Civil Services Exam are as follows:
The candidate must hold any degree in any discipline from any recognized university. Final year degree students are also eligible
The age limit is 21-30 yrs
The maximum number of attempts for General category is 4
The candidate should be Indian
