- Yes, definately you can appear for civil services examination to become an IAS officer being an final year student of BBA.
- You must note that you can only appear in the preliminary examination as an provisionally basis.
- But for main examination , it's necessary that you must have completed the graduation otherwise you won't be able to appear in this examination.
- You must also have attained the age of 21 years but not more than 30 years as on 1st january of the year of examination.

But make sure that the college from where you are doing BBA is approved by UGC.
Also make sure that you meet the eligibility criteria given as following-
-->A candidate must have attained the age of 21 years and must not have attained the age of 30 years on 1st
August, in the year of examination.
-->The upper age limit prescribed above will be relaxable in the follwing cases:
->Scheduled Caste or a Scheduled Tribe: upto a maximum of five years.
->Other Backward Classes: upto a maximum of three years.

Yes sir, You can sit IAS exam while pursuing final year graduation. Upsc requirement the candidate must be graduate in any stream from the approved university. The stream of the graduation and marks of the graduation is no matter for the exam. You are eligible for the exam when you are pursuing graduation but condition is that when you the documents verification step is came then you have the complete degree certificate from the university. Dear friend-ias examination is conducted by upsc twice in a year.to write ias rules are a follows:
1.a graduate or a final year candidate can sit for the ias if he/she achieves graduation from a recognized university in any discipline.
2.his/her age must be within 21 years to 30 years.
3.he/she must be an indian citizen
4.a gen.candidate gets 5 chances to clear the ias exam.and s/c and s/t can avail limitless chances to clear the exam but to maintain age criteria.

Yes , every final year student are eligible for the IAS exam so you will be allowed to give the exam .
But you have to fulfill the other criteria related to age , education like
=> Your age should be between 21-30 for general cast , 3 years upper age relaxation for obc cast and 5 years upper age relaxation for sc/st cast .
=> you have to complete your graduation before the main exam otherwise you will be disqualified .
=> There are only 4 attempts are allowed for the general cast , 7 for obc cast and no limit for the sc/st cast .
