Dear friend Diploma holders not eligible for the UPSC Examination so you complete the Any one of bachelor degree in any stream from recognized university and then you can apply for the UPSC Examination.So you know the Details about the Eligibility criteria's of UPSC Exam.
Minimum Eligibility's For UPSC:-
>>The Candidate should be finish the bachelor degree or Engineering Degree in any stream from recognized university and pursuing final year students also eligible for the UPSC Exam and there in no minimum percentage of mark for this exam and pass mark is Enough.
>>The Candidate age should be not less than 21 to years. and upper age is applicable for Scheduled caste/Scheduled Tribe and Other backward caste candidates.
>>The Candidate should be Indian.

Yes,you must prepare upsc exam on NDA if you want to prepare.You must study hard and you can give the exam.There are only 50 seats .And a national competition in it.So,you can prepare for it.But if you want to give CDS exam.You can give it after graduation.So,you can also prepare for it.It would be easy as you would have 4 years time for its preparation.
