Syllabus of UPSC exam is change every year but it is only few topic or part.
There is no official announcement come for changing any syllabus for 2013
UPSC examination. And if syllabus will be changed now then it will be so late.
So I thing there is no chance of changing syllabus for 2013 UPSC examination.
But is you are asking about UPSC examination 2014 then that time also there
is no announcement.

If syllabus will be changed then it will be announced at UPSC website. and till
now there is nothing announced for that. You should be update with the site.
Hence if any changing will come you will know it soon.

well, there is no chnaces for UPSC mains optional subjects to be changed at any cost..

since UPSC cant do it, as it cares for all students who appear for it..
