I am sorry to inform you that you can't take civil law as your career after completing B.com. Because for it, you have to complete Bachelors in law, i.e. LLB. course. For admission to LLB., you can apply for CLAT examination or apply any recognised Institute. The essential qualification for LLB. is Bachelors degree in any stream at any recognized university. You can appear the UPSC examination just after B.com. There is no need for Civil law. Because the qualification for UPSC examination is Bachelors degree at any recognized university. Best of Luck.
