Is two qualification at same time is a disqualification ?
Respected sir, iam a 3 year diploma holder in electrical engineering, i have done a BCOM digree from IGNOU at the same time , now i have a digree and diploma certifictes , the time of completing the course and the year of passing are same , sir., can i apply for digree level UPSC exams and IBPS P O exams with the digree from IGNOU ? will they disqualify me because of i have done a fulltime diploma at the same time? sir please reply?

Yes you will be eligible but only if you show only one of the certificate.If you go on to show 2 certificates at the same place you are bound to get rejected.As you are going for Bank PO on the basis of graduation,you do not need to show your diploma at the same duration.There is no meaning of it as it may lead to rejection depending on several factors.So better avoiding any confusion and go on with one degree at a time.As your graduation degree is non technical you may never need to produce both certificates together as one is diploma and other is Commerce.But it is quite strange that even though you had taken admission for 3year diploma and there is no late batch as you completed diploma in 3yr,then why you went for correspondence degree.Moreover,how you got one degree from Science and one from Commerce???Check every detail before going for interview as there is something wrong with your qualifications before graduation.

Yes. U can appear in upsc exam with bcom in ignou. For appearing in this exam U have to pass bechelors degree from recognise university & ur age must be 21 or above.
They won't disqualify U.so don't worry just appear in exam.
