Any Indian citizen who complete their Graduation and age is between 21-30 year can apply for this exam.

So you can also apply if you are graduate and not above 30 years.

I think there is no special leave for any types of exam from the government school.

You can get leave on your risk. There is no special leave you can get.

So you should preparation after the school time at your home.

Only required qualification from UPSC is completion of graduation in any stream by the recognised university.

Age limit for UPSC exam is as follows.

why not? teachers can go for CIVIL SERVICES EXAMS conducted every year by UPSC...
they only need that you are graduate from a recognised university...

there is some age limit of course
