    yes definitely you are eligible after completing your degree B.Sc biotech. you are fully eligible for this exam if you are fulfill the other criteria which is given below.

    Eligibility criteria for IAS exam is

    candidate should be graduate from recognized university in any stream. marks or percentage doesn't matter.

    Age Limit

    General 21 to 30
    OBC 21 to 33
    SC/ST 21 to 35

    Nationality- must be Indian

    No. of attempts

    General- 4
    OBC- 7
    SC/ST- no limit

    For IAS you would crack Civil Services Exam conducted by UPSC.

    For This Eligibility is :

    Educational Qualification:
    Candidate must be graduate any stream from any recognized university.

    Age Limit:

    Age should be minimum 21 years and Maximum
    For General 30 years
    For OBC 33 years
    For SC/ST 35 years


    Number of Attempts

    For General 4 Attempts
    For OBC 7 Attempts

    Dear aspirant you can write ias after b.s.c(biotech) norms are:

    1.i.a.s (indian administrative service)is conducted by upsc twice in a year.

    2.a candidate having graduate degree or a final year candidate from a recognized university can write i.a.s in any discipline.

    3.the age must be within 21 years to 30 years,

    4.candidate must be the indian citizen.

    5.candidares to clear ias exam will get 4 attempts.

    6.relaxations are there obc gets eligibility inrespect of age 21 years to 33 years s/c s/t 35 years .

    7.relaxation for obc to clear ias get 7 attempts and s/c s/t no limit.

    Yes you can apply for Civil Service Exams(IAS) after completing B.Sc(Biotech) since you do satisfy the basic eligibility criteria of having a Degree in any discipline from university recognized by UGC.
    Final year Degree Students can also appear.


    The other qualifications are
    Nationality: Indian
    Age Limit: 21-30 years(General)
    Age Relaxation: 5yrs(SC/ST), 3yrs(OBC,Defence Service personnel)

    Yes you are eligible for the exam after complete the graduation in B.Sc (bio).
    Upsc requirement the candidate must have graduate in any stream from the approved university.
    The age limit for the exam is the 21 to 30 years for unreserved category.
    You don�t worry about the entrance the exam you are eligible for the exam and start
    Your preparation for the exam.
    The exam notification is released by the upsc in the month of the February-2013
    The preliminary exam is held in the month of May-2013
    Preliminary exam is complete in one day
    Two papers is held in one day.

    Yes, why not? Definitely you can apply.

    The educational qualification required for applying in CSAT(IAS/IPS) is just a degree from a recognized university.

    So, if your university has all types of recognition which is needed for your course then there is no problem.

    Your qualification is enough for IAS exam because for this exam only candidates have bachelor degree from a recognized university.
    .So ,you are eligible for IAS exam.
    Candidates must have been born not earlier than 2 august 1983 and not later than 1 august 1992.
    And age relaxation for Schedule cast -21 - 35 years
    Schedule Tribes - 21 - 35 years
    Other Backward Caste - 21-33 years.
    Jammu and kashmir domocile people - 21- 45 years.
    For IAS exam ,Candidates must be Indian citizen.

    Yes you can write the exam for the IAS Post after doing

    BSC Biotech as the educational qualification for the exam is that the

    candidate must be pass in the graduation degree from a recognized university

    and from any of the stream means whether it is from science or it is from commerce stream

    A person of india and any degree holder are eligible for writing upsc exams
    for civil services............
    For gen students can attempt three times in between their age 27-31
    for ohter category students they had relaxation of 5 years age and no .of attempts

    Anyone who is graduate i.e hold bachelors degree can apply for the exam and the eligiblity criteria is as follows:

    1.One must be graduate in any stream from recognized university.

    2.Th age limit are as follows:

    1.For general category 21-30 yrs

    2.For obc category 21-33 yrs

    3.For sc/st category 21-35 yrs..

    And this year the last date to fill the application form is 4th march 13....

    Dear aspirant,
    Sure you can apply for the civil services examination because it requires only graduation in any discipline, and also there is no percentage requirement in the graduation to apply for civil services.
    You can have a look on the details i am writing.
    Eligibility criteria to apply for civil services examination:
    1) you need to be graduate in any discipline to apply for the same any graduate can apply.
    2) your age should not be less than 21 years and should not be more than 30 years of age.
    3) OBC and SC/ST can get the relaxation of 3 and 5 years respectively.
    4) you need to qualify the CSAT examination that includes 2 papers of 200 marks each and also you need to qualify both or you will be rejected.
    5) after you qualify thr CSAT then youneed to give the MAINS examination it is the toughest one you need to choose any one subject for the same as mentioned into the notification, that will consist of 2000 marks.
    6) last step to qualify the examination will be interview if you failed to clear the interview then you are not going to entertained any more, in other words you will be rejected so try your best to crack the tougheat exam.
