Dear this year's UPSC civil service prelims exam application date has been over and preliminary examination has been conducted at 26th May 2013 and mains examination will be conducted at 1st December 2013 so this year, you may not apply for this examination but you must apply for the same in the year 2014 because UPSC board conduct this examination once a year in two sections that is preliminary and mains exam so you should begin preparation for this examination till the next notification for this exam and if you keep your preparation continue and give more time everyday then you can easily score good marks and qualify examination but during this year, you need to concentrate only on preliminary examination means not on mains exam because prelims is mandatory to be qualified and you will get enough time to prepare for mains and if possible then join a very good coaching in your area and get strategy to prepare for this exam
When the UPSC board announce official notification for this exam then you should read the complete notification and also read the procedure that how to apply for examination and that is why, I have attached this year's notification so please download and get complete procedure to apply, Selection procedure, syllabus and examination pattern etc. and I have also attached notification for Indian Forest Service Examination because you are eligible for this and other exams too so please download
