    Dear friend,

anybody can write upsc and psc exam provided they have a degree from a recognized university.

So you are very much eligible to write the exam.your age should be between 21 to 30 years(general category) in case of upsc civil services.

It should be 19 to 25 in case of upsc cds.

So check the eligibility criteria for the exam you are going to appear.gear up and prepare well.all the best

Any candidate having valid Graduation degree with minimum of 50% marks can apply for any service public commission.
The age must be between 18-30 years.

Dear friend, i am sorry to say no. Kerala psc recognises the courses of all the kerala university courses. If you do a graduation, from any other university, situated out of state, you need to submit am equivalent certificate from kerala university. But they will not give it telling that, cmj university is a private university, not a university set up by state or central governments. In some cases, regular degrees of private universities are recognised by psc. Example degree awarded by Vinayaka missions. What you can do is to file a writ in high court. You will get a favourable order.
    Regards
