Sir I have done my 12th with 54% of marks after that I have done Diploma and b.tech ,am I eligible for IAS exam ?

In IAS exam there are no such type of criteria related to percentage of marks in the graduation or 12th exam.

because you have passed diploma but for IAS EXAM you should have to passed graduate from the recognized university or final year appearing students can also apply .

IAS qualification is graduation so first you complete graduation and than get a

IAS officer job.IAS exam is a toughest exam in India so doing work hard than

give and after crack examination successfully you become a IAS officer.You

can apply for IAS exam 4 times and Your age limit should be to 30 years and

get a some relaxation.You must be Indian citizen.IAS exam is conducted by

UPSC.

Yes you are eligible for it because the criteria for the exam is you need to be graduate from recgnized university and as you have done your Btech so you are eligible and therefore you can apply for it at www.upsconline.nic.in after notification..

You are eligible for the exam,.upsc requirements the candidate must have graduate in any stream from the approved university for the civil service exam. The percentage of the marks is no matter for the exam in the graduation as well as the other academic qualification. Graduation stream or medium is no matter for the exam. You have the graduation passed certificate and degree. Age limit for the exam is the 21 to 30 years Age relaxation for the reserve category as per government rules Three years for the OBC category and five years for the Sc/ST category. Chance to attempt the exam for unreserved category is the 4 times and 7 times for obc and no limit for the sc.st category The exam notification is released by the upsc in the month of the March. The criteria for appearing in Civil Services Exam is :
1. Nationality : Indian
2. Academic qualification : Graduate in any stream from any recognized university.
3. Age limits : 21-30 (OPEN), 21-33 (OBC), 21-35(sc/st).
4. Attempts : OPEN-4 , OBC-7 ,SC/ST-9 .

No such percentage criteria is given for applying for Civil Services Exam. So you are eligible as you are a graduate.

Yes absolutely you are eligible for IAS Exam. Civil Services Examination is conducted by UPSC every year for the recruitment of candidates for the post of IAS, IRS, IPS. UPSC doesn't consider marks so don't worry about it.

You just have to satisfy the basic eligibility criteria to appear for the Exam.
The candidate should be graduate in an discipline from a university recognized by UGC. Final year candidates can also apply.
Degree obtained in distance mode is also eligible.

Age Limit
The candidate should be of the age in between 21-30 years.
3 year relaxation is there for OBC, 5 year for SC/ST caniddates.

Nationality
