Completed graduation from a recognized university of United Kingdom (England). Am I applicable for UPSC IAS exam?

My my graduation is from a reputed and recognized university from the United Kingdom (England) with majors in Business Management & Computer Science (BA Hon), the Second degree I have is an MBA from another recognized institution within the United Kingdom (England). Wondering whether I am eligible to appear for the UPSC (IAS) examination with the foreign degrees?

Any help and suggestions would be appreciated.

Minimum required educational qualifications for UPSC Indian Civil Service Examination 2013-14

The candidate must hold a bachelor's degree or any of universities incorporated by an act of the Central or State Legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University Under Section - 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956, or posses an equivalent qualification

For giving the upsc IAS examination, you are not eligible.
Because for giving the IAS examination, you need to be a graduate in any stream from a recognized Indian university and your age should be in between 21-30 years.
And as you are not a graduate from the Indian university therefore you're not eligible for giving the IAS examination.
