I want to tell you that UPSC conducts the exam based upon graduation.
if you want to give the UPSC exam then you must have a graduate degree from a UGC recognized University of India.
Your age for the exam should be in between 21-30 years.
you have done your graduation from USA then you can not give the exam of UPSC.
