Union public service commission Common medical services exam

Here is the required qualification for the Common medical services exam:

Education: The candidate should be pass in M.B.B.S From

A recognized indian university

And your age should not be more than 32

And as you said you have passed in Bams so sorry

To say that you are not eligible for the exam

no dear you are not eligible for upsc combined medical examination since you have done bams but upsc requires mbbs as the educational qualification.
