IT DOESN'T MATTER THAT BY WHICH UNIVERSALITY U HAVE COMPLETED YOUR GRADUATION BUT THE MATTER IS THAT YOUR UNIVERSITY MUST BE GOVT. RECOGNIZED .
IF YOUR UNIVERSITY IS RECOGNIZED WITH UGC THAN U ARE ELIGIBLE OR APPLYING .
THE MINIMUM QUALIFICATION FOR UPSC EXAMINATION IS THAT YOU COMPLETE YOUR GRADUATION WITH 10+2+3 PATTERN.

UPSC organizes various exams every years.
You can give the civil service exam after completion of your degree.
Required Qualification
You must be Indian citizen
You should be graduate in any stream from UGC recognized University
Final year student can also apply for UPSC exam.

you should be an Indian.
