    Central Police Force exam is conducted by upsc and notification about this exam published on employment newspaper.
    About Central Police Force Exam-Candidates must be between 20 to 25 years.
    Reservation in age is available as per as central government.
    B.A/B.SC /B.COM degree from a recognized university.
    Indian citizen.
    Written Examination -
    Paper I - General Ability Test and Intelligence.
    250 marks.
    Paper II - General Studies and Essay Exam.
    200 marks.

    DEAR ASPIRANT,
    Eligibility criteria for UPSC Examinations:-
    Nationality:- The candidate must be the citizen of India to apply for the Indian Administrative Service & Indian Police Service.
    Age Limit: - The candidate should be minimum 21 years of age for applying and the maximum age limit to apply for the UPSC Exams is 29 years.
    Educational Qualification: - The candidate should have a degree completed from any of the institutes established by an Act of Parliament or any University deemed by the University Grant Commission under section 3, Act, 1956. The candidates with a degree from any of the recognized universities can apply for the UPSC Exams.
    Number of attempts: - Every eligible candidate is allowed to attempt the Civil Services Examination four times.
    Restrictions set by UPSC: - A successful candidate already recruited into the Indian Administrative Service or Indian Foreign Service, continuing to be a member of the same will be held ineligible to appear for further examinations.
    Physical Fitness Criteria: - Candidate appearing for the Civil Service Examination should be physically fit according to the standards of the UPSC. Fitness Standards set by UPSC are based on the guidelines given in Appendix-3 of rules for examination published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary dated 4th December, 2004.
    Brief information about the UPSC Examination application:
    All the UPSC Exams have the same forms. The eligibility criteria and other details may differ from exam to exam. A candidate wishing to appear for more than one exam has to fill an individual form for each examination. UPSC notifies common public about the examinations through Employment News and other leading newspapers every year in the month of December.
    Applicants can procure forms and information brochures about UPSC exams from all the leading Post Offices across India. Candidates have to send the properly filled forms along with the acknowledgment card.
    Examination Pattern of UPSC
    Candidates have to successfully complete the Preliminary Examination to appear for the main Examination
    After completion of the main examinations, the candidates have to appear for the final interview and a Personality Test.


    CPF (Assistant Commandants)
    1.Certain categories including departmental candidates are eligible for age relaxation
    2.garduation form a recognized university or an equivalent qualification.
    3.Candidates appearing in the degree exam are allowed to appear at the exam but are required to submit proof of passing along with the Detailed Application Forms which are to be submitted after qualifying the written test, medical standards test and Physical Efficiency Tests (PET)
    4.Both Males and Females are eligible for CISF and CRPF. For SSB, BSF and ITBP only Male candidates are eligible.
    5.20-25 years as on 1st August of the year of examination.
