dear friend these all are the exams conducted by upsc only for cdse ther are two entries one for ima age limit 19-24 and the other for ota age imit 19-25 so you can have many attempts but you must have a bachelors degree or must be in final year of graduation and for the IAS age limit is 21-35 so apply work hard and all the best
maximum attempts for ias exam is 4 for general category and 7 for obc .
for cds ota candidate should have a degree and age between 19 to 24 as date of issue of the application form

eligibility for CDS, OTA & IAS ARE
Nationality:- The candidate must be the citizen of India to apply for the Indian Administrative Service & Indian Police Service.
Age Limit: - The candidate should be minimum 21 years of age and the maximum age is 29 years.
Educational Qualification: - The candidate should have a degree completed from any of the institutes established by an Act of Parliament or any University deemed by the University Grant Commission under section 3, Act, 1956
Number of attempts: - Every eligible candidate is allowed to attempt the Civil Services Examination four times.

- The candidate must be in good physical and mental health and free from any disease
- The minimum acceptable height for male candidates is 157.5 cms. ( 157 cms for Navy and 162.5 cms for Air Force ). For Women candidates minimum acceptable height is 152 cms.

- A male candidate should be able to read 6/6 in a distant vision chart with each eye with or without glasses. For women candidates the minimum acceptable visual acuity are Distant Vision (corrected) better eye 6/6, worse 6/18.
Combined Defense Service Examination(C.D.S.E.) is conducted by U.P.S.C. twice in a year known as C.D.S. (I) & C.D.S. (II).

Civil service exam is very toughest.
